These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Arabi Hajj Group Bangladesh website and services, including Hajj & Umrah packages, visa processing, air ticketing, hotel booking, and related travel services. By using our website, submitting an inquiry, or booking any service with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Our Services
We act as an intermediary to arrange Hajj & Umrah packages, tourist and business visa processing, air ticketing, hotel bookings, transport services, and passport-related assistance. Final approval of visas, bookings, and travel documents rests with the relevant government authorities, embassies, airlines, and hotels — we facilitate the process but do not control their final decisions.
2. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
- Prices quoted are subject to change until full payment is received and the booking is confirmed in writing.
- You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information (personal details, passport information, travel dates, etc.).
- Government fees (such as Hajj pre-registration fees) are separate from our service charges and are non-negotiable.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms vary depending on the service booked (flights, hotels, visa applications, or Hajj/Umrah packages), as many third parties (airlines, hotels, embassies) apply their own non-refundable or partially refundable policies. Any applicable refund will exclude fees already paid to third parties and government bodies. Please contact us directly for the specific cancellation terms of your booking.
4. Visa & Documentation
We assist with visa and passport processing based on the requirements set by the relevant embassy or authority. Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the issuing authority. We are not responsible for visa rejections, delays, or additional requirements imposed by embassies or government agencies beyond our control.
5. Traveler Responsibilities
- Ensure your passport is valid for the required duration and in good condition.
- Arrive on time for flights, hotel check-ins, and any scheduled group activities.
- Comply with the laws, customs, and regulations of the destination country, including Hajj and Umrah guidelines set by Saudi authorities.
- Disclose any health conditions relevant to travel in advance.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, losses, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to flight delays, airline or hotel policy changes, natural disasters, government restrictions, or actions of third-party service providers.
7. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how it is used and protected.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gazipur, Bangladesh.
